Keys to Interactive Parenting Scale Licensing Agreement

The following paragraph constitutes the licensing agreement for use of the Keys to Interactive Parenting Scale (KIPS).
Please read the agreement carefully before ordering KIPS forms or training. This agreement allows you certain rights with specific obligations. By ordering KIPS forms or training you are accepting the terms and conditions of this agreement between you and Comfort Consults, LLC. Only certified users are licensed and authorized to use KIPS. You agree to annual recertification for your staff as a condition of continued KIPS use. You agree that at least one printed copy of the KIPS will be used for each assessment performed. You agree to abide by Copyright Law of the United States of America that protects the Keys to Interactive Parenting Scale in its entirety. Copyright Law prevents you from making copies (printed or electronic) of the copyrighted scale. You agree that you will not prepare derivative works based on KIPS, as prohibited by Copyright Law.
